Creator Network Application

This is an application for independent creators seeking BGG membership, professional learning, mentorship and network collaboration. An application does not guarantee acceptance. Allow 15–25 minutes; provide verifiable details rather than marketing claims.

Only confirmed U.S. residents may purchase BGG paid memberships at this stage. International applicants may be considered for free participation; paid checkout remains disabled pending legal and tax review. Your country and residential address are never published.

Important: A partner/affiliate arrangement, a gifted product, and a paid professional sponsorship are different. BGG will not label any of these claims verified until corporate reviews appropriate evidence. Never submit confidential contracts or financial account credentials here.

5. Professionalism, safety and participation

6. Rules, privacy and declarations

BGG membership is available only to adults aged 18 or older. Impersonation or intentionally misleading age/identity details can lead to rejection, permanent removal where justified, and legal consequences if applicable. Parents are not automatically liable for an applicant’s statements.
BGG may verify public platform identity and request documentation. No criminal/background-screening report is ordered without a separate lawful authorization process and applicable notices.
Creators remain independent. BGG offers a network, creator-development tools and introductions, not a guarantee of income or sponsorship.
Respect fellow creators, audiences, sponsors, moderators and BGG representatives. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, fraud and deliberate interference with network operations may lead to suspension or removal after review.
Constructive criticism, good-faith reports and truthful opinions are not automatically misconduct or defamation. Action for potentially unlawful statements depends on the facts and applicable law.
Creator Companion is required for participating members. Keep notifications accessible during streams where reasonably practical; a separate monitor is strongly recommended, not an absolute technical prerequisite.
Approved creators may be featured on BGG's homepage as Creator of the Week, Creator of the Month or other network spotlights, using their approved public creator identity and brand assets.
BGG does not and will not sell applicant personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Submitted data is kept confidential in restricted corporate storage, subject to operational needs and applicable law. Online submission necessarily passes through the BGG server; corporate may export it to protected offline archives.
Material false statements or fake evidence may result in rejection, correction, suspension or termination; intentional unlawful fraud or misrepresentation may have legal consequences where supported by law. BGG does not promise blanket immunity for applicant conduct and will review reported inaccuracies.
Creators must truthfully disclose material sponsorship relationships in content where applicable, including under FTC endorsement/disclosure requirements.
Non-U.S. residents are restricted to free membership pending corporate legal and tax clearance. Self-reporting U.S. residence alone does not establish paid-tier eligibility.
