Helping someone grow
should count.
BGG is designed to recognize mentors for meaningful outcomes. When a mentee advances, that achievement can become part of the mentor's public contribution record.
Choose the Right Fit
Mentorship should be based on experience, category fit, availability, and personality—not random assignment.
Set Real Goals
Mentor and creator establish practical milestones instead of vague “grow your channel” advice.
Track Progress
Network milestones can be recognized on mentor and creator profiles as the program develops.
